Documents and timing are confirmed by project

Available certificates, test reports, inspection records and production timing depend on the selected source and configuration, and can be discussed for your project.

  • Material, compliance documents and acceptance requirements are confirmed for the quoted configuration
  • Detailed quotations typically take 1–5 business days after requirements are clear
  • Samples are typically prepared in 3–7 days after specifications and materials are confirmed; tooling or special materials can take longer

Cable quality coordination

For cable harness projects, the agreed inspection scope is coordinated with the selected factory.

  • Every cable harness is tested for continuity and short circuits
  • Pull-force testing is sampled
  • Additional electrical, dimensional, material or document requirements are agreed for the project
