These terms govern access to zeakka.com. Project quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and signed agreements may contain additional terms that take priority for that transaction.
1. Website information
Website content is general sourcing and product information. Specifications, availability, MOQ, pricing, lead time, certification, and suitability must be confirmed for each quotation and are not guaranteed by catalogue content alone.
2. Quotations and orders
A website inquiry does not create an order. An order is accepted only under the commercial documents agreed by both parties. Materials, testing, delivery, payment, and inspection requirements should be recorded in those documents.
3. Drawings and customer information
By submitting drawings, BOMs, or specifications, you confirm that you are authorized to share them for quotation and supply. We may share necessary project information with selected factories and service providers for those purposes.
4. Compatible alternatives
Products described as JST-compatible or Molex-compatible are unbranded alternatives, not original JST or Molex products. Series references help identify candidates; drawings, mating fit, samples, and application requirements must be validated before production.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or copy protected site content without permission. Customer-owned drawings and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content is provided without a guarantee that it is complete or suitable for a particular application. Transaction-specific responsibility is governed by the agreed order documents. Questions may be sent to sales@zeakka.com.
