TRADING & SOURCING PARTNER — NOT A FACTORY

Custom cable assemblies, coordinated around your drawing

Zeakka helps equipment builders and electronics teams compare suitable suppliers, clarify the build, coordinate samples and follow production. Start with a drawing, BOM, connector reference or a clear description.

RFQ

What to send for a useful review

A complete drawing is best, but it is not required to begin.

  • Drawing, schematic, BOM or photos of an existing sample
  • Connector reference, pitch, circuit count and pinout
  • Wire or cable requirements, length and tolerance
  • Quantity, application and target delivery need
  • Any material, compliance or document requirement to confirm for the project

How we coordinate the project

We act as your commercial and technical communication partner between the requirement and suitable suppliers.

  1. 1. Clarify the build

Review the drawing and identify missing dimensions, materials, connector or assembly details.

  2. 2. Match and compare

Match the project to suitable suppliers and compare the available quote scope.

  3. 3. Coordinate samples

Coordinate sample preparation and revisions after specifications and materials are confirmed.

  4. 4. Follow the agreed scope

Coordinate production follow-up, inspection communication, packing and shipment details.

Project-specific quality coordination

Testing, materials, compliance documents and acceptance points are agreed for the specific project rather than assumed from a generic page.

  • Every cable assembly receives continuity and short-circuit testing
  • Pull-force testing is sampled and defined for the project
  • Material, compliance and document requirements are confirmed during review
  • Questions found in drawings can be clarified before sampling or production

Commercial starting points

  • Harness MOQ is commonly 200–1,000 pieces after project confirmation
  • A valid custom project normally has potential order value of at least USD 200
  • Quotes are typically provided 1–5 business days after requirements are clear
  • Samples are typically 3–7 days after specifications and materials are confirmed; tooling or special materials can take longer

Cable assembly RFQ questions

Can you quote from a description without a drawing?

Yes. Send the connector references, pinout, wire or cable requirement, length, quantity and application. We will identify the details still needed for a project quote.

Are you the manufacturer?

No. Zeakka is a trading and sourcing partner. We coordinate supplier matching, quote comparison, sample communication and project follow-up.

What is the usual MOQ?

For custom harnesses, the common range is 200–1,000 pieces. The confirmed MOQ depends on the parts, process and project scope.

Can certifications or material documents be supplied?

Requirements for materials, compliance and documents must be confirmed for the individual project before quotation or production.
