Custom JST PH Cable Assemblies

Custom lengths, pinouts and wire options for your equipment project. Choose original JST PH connectors or compatible alternatives, confirmed for your configuration. Start with a photo, connector reference or short description.

Choose the cable ends your project needs

We coordinate these configurations to your requirements. You do not need to know every component number to start a conversation.

A housing at both ends, with the length and pin-to-pin connections you need. Two female housings on one cable do not form a male/female mating pair.

A PH end with stripped or tinned wires at the other end. Tell us how the free end will be connected; preparation lengths can be clarified together.

A PH end connected to a USB plug in a custom cable assembly. Share your required length, wiring and intended use so we can confirm the configuration.

Compatible inline male and female connector ends on red and black wires

Compatible extension cables

Inline male/female cable pairs are available using compatible connector options. We confirm the parts at each end; this is not described as an original JST PH wire-to-wire family.

Photos illustrate configurations, not fixed stock items or proof of original-brand components. Your quotation identifies the agreed components.

Pins, length and wiring — made for your assembly

Send what you already know. We help clarify the remaining specifications before samples or production are agreed.

Circuit count

Ask about 2-, 3-, 4- or 6-pin PH cables, or another circuit count. The housing and mating connector are selected together.

Cable length

Lengths such as 100 mm, 200 mm or 500 mm are examples, not preset products. Specify how the length is measured if it matters to the installation.

Wire and cable

Choose wire gauge, colors, individual wires or a jacketed construction. Tell us about any flexibility, temperature, shielding or marking requirements.

Pinout and polarity

Straight-through or crossed connections are defined by pin numbers and connector viewing direction. Wire color alone is not a pinout or polarity specification.

A board header is not an inline cable plug

JST lists the original PH series as a 2.0 mm wire-to-board family. Its cable-side female housing mates with a board header. For an extension cable, send photos of both mating ends so we can identify the appropriate compatible inline combination.

Original connectors or compatible alternatives

Original JST PH components

Original housings and terminals can be sourced for finished cable assemblies, subject to availability and confirmation of the exact parts.

Compatible connector options

We can also use unbranded compatible alternatives. Mating fit, terminal selection and application requirements are reviewed for the chosen combination; similar appearance does not prove identical performance.

Zeakka is a trading and sourcing partner, not JST or an affiliated manufacturer. Original JST components are not sold separately. The Zeakka 2002 drawing below covers an alternative connector, not the original JST product or a complete cable specification.

From a photo or description to a defined cable

A full drawing is not required for your first inquiry. Start with a photo or description; we help clarify the connector ends, wire routing, length and pin connections for your assembly.

Specification review, sampling and production checks

We match your project to a suitable production partner, compare quotations and coordinate samples and revisions. Each harness undergoes continuity and short-circuit testing through our production partners; pull testing is sampled.

  • Agree connector ends, pinout and critical dimensions before building
  • Review samples against the agreed configuration and your application
  • Discuss additional tests, documentation and delivery requirements for the project

JST PH cable assembly questions

Can I ask for a quote without a drawing?

Yes. Start with a photo, connector reference or brief description. If you know the approximate quantity or length, include it. We can clarify the remaining details together; a complete drawing or BOM is not required to contact us.

Can you make 2-, 3-, 4- and 6-pin PH cables?

Yes, these are configurations we can discuss, along with other circuit counts. The quotation confirms the connector option, wire, pinout, length and quantity rather than assuming one standard cable for each pin count.

Can you make PH-to-SH cables or change the pinout?

Yes. PH-to-SH and other mixed-series assemblies can be made, with straight-through or crossed wiring as agreed. Send the connector references or photos and any known pin connections; we help clarify the viewing direction and remaining details.

Are PH extension cables original JST products?

The original JST PH family is wire-to-board. We offer compatible inline extension configurations and identify the components at each end before confirmation. A compatible inline male housing must not be described as an original JST PH wire-to-wire part.

What are the MOQ, sample cost and lead time?

They depend on the selected components, wire, quantity and assembly work. Let us know your estimated demand; we will confirm sample arrangements, any charges, minimum quantities and timing for that configuration.

Tell us about your PH cable

A photo, connector reference or short description is enough to start. Email and a brief message are the only required form fields; drawings and other files are optional.
