Double-ended assemblies
Connector housings at both ends, with End A-to-End B wiring defined by the approved pinout and viewing direction.
Mini-Fit Jr. cable assemblies 路 4.20 mm reference
Specify the connector ends, wiring, finished length and cable construction your equipment needs. Zeakka coordinates finished assemblies using original Molex components or separately reviewed unbranded compatible candidates, as agreed for the quoted project.
Start with a part reference, photo, drawing or short description.

Connection structures
Connection structure describes what is fitted at each end and how the circuit branches. Routing and protection are selected separately.

Connector housings at both ends, with End A-to-End B wiring defined by the approved pinout and viewing direction.

A Mini-Fit Jr. connector at one end and project-specified prepared wires or another agreed termination at the free end.

A cable-side plug and receptacle pair used as an inline extension. The exact mating set and interface are confirmed for the project.

Mini-Fit Jr. at one end and a different connector at the other, with each mating interface identified separately.

One input divided into multiple destinations according to the drawing, including branch lengths, breakout points and branch pinouts.
All five structures are available for custom projects. The quotation confirms the exact components, wiring, dimensions and finishing.
Send the closest structure plus your connector references, quantity and target length.
Routing & protection
These construction choices can be combined with the connection structure above. Suitability, dimensions and finishing remain project-specific.

Individual leads can be routed and grouped to match the agreed drawing and installation space.

An outer jacket can group conductors where the cable layout and project requirements call for it.

Braided sleeving can organize and protect grouped wires, subject to the agreed coverage and breakout arrangement.

A molded outer housing can be reviewed as a construction option. Shape, cable exit and project checks must be agreed before tooling or samples.
Heat-shrink, labels and other finishing details can be added to the RFQ when required; they are not inferred from the photographs.
Review custom overmolded cable assembliesInterface & wiring
The 4.20 mm Mini-Fit Jr. reference identifies the product family, not a universal cable specification. Confirm the exact mating parts and assembly requirements for every project.
Provide the housing or mating-part reference where possible. Also identify single-row or dual-row layout, populated cavities, latch or keying orientation and whether the view faces the contacts or the wires.
A photo or matching cavity count does not define the wiring. State the viewing direction and every end-to-end connection on the drawing or pinout table.
Component sourcing
Zeakka is a trading and sourcing coordination company, not a factory. We coordinate the component basis, suitable production partner and sample review for the finished assembly.
Original housings and terminals can be sourced for a completed cable assembly, subject to the exact part references and availability. Original Molex components are not sold separately.
Compatible candidates are reviewed separately against the mating interface, drawing or sample and project requirements. Visual similarity is not proof of identical material, performance or specifications.
The quotation identifies the agreed sourcing basis and actual components. Product photographs alone do not establish brand origin or interchangeability.
Yes. Start with a connector reference, mating-part number, photo or short description. Include the approximate quantity and length if known. We will identify the details still needed before a sample or production quotation is confirmed.
Yes. Original Molex housings and terminals can be sourced for a finished cable assembly, subject to the exact parts and availability. They are not sold separately. If your project allows it, we can also review unbranded compatible candidates and identify the agreed sourcing basis in the quotation.
No. Appearance alone does not establish component origin or prove equal specifications. The quotation and approved project documents identify the actual sourcing basis and agreed checks.
Yes. Single-ended, mixed-connector and branched configurations can be reviewed. Provide each connector or wire-end requirement, branch length, breakout point and pinout so the complete assembly can be quoted.
No. Mini-Fit Jr. BMI is a distinct blind-mate interface group and should not be treated as a generic substitute. Send the exact mating-part reference and board drawing so the BMI interface, orientation and mechanical alignment requirements can be reviewed before any supply scope is confirmed.
They depend on the selected components, wire, quantity, finishing and any tooling or documentation. Send your estimated demand and timing; the quotation confirms minimum quantities, sample arrangements and lead time for that project.
Our production partners perform continuity and short-circuit testing on each harness. Pull-force testing is sampled. Any additional inspection, test method or report should be stated in the RFQ and agreed for the project.
Share the connector or mating-part references, End A-to-End B wiring, finished length, quantity and application. We will help clarify the remaining details and sourcing basis.
A photo or short description is enough to start; drawings and BOMs are optional.
